    Filling out all fields is desirable for a maximally personalized plan that takes all your needs and preferences into account. However, you can fill in only the required fields, and the plan will still be tailored to you.

    You can choose one of the following goals: weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance. This helps to adjust your plan according to your needs.

    Yes, the questionnaire allows you to specify your level of physical activity, type of work, and training frequency. This data helps tailor your meal plan for optimal results.

    After completing the questionnaire and making payment, you will receive a personalized 7-day meal plan sent to your email address.
  • What payment methods are available?
    You can pay for the meal plan using a credit or debit card. A Linkt option is also available for faster payment – just check the box during payment if you have an account or create a new one.
  • What should I do if I don't receive my meal plan within 24 hours?
    Processing usually takes less than 24 hours, but in rare cases, it may take longer due to a high volume of orders. If the plan does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact support at support@asu.fit.
  • Can I get a refund for the meal plan?
    If you are not satisfied with the plan or it was not delivered, please contact support.

  • Should I reorder a meal plan if my weight has changed?
    Yes. If your weight has changed by 5-10 kg, it is necessary to adjust and order a new meal plan, as your parameters and calorie needs will change.
